Do you work with existing legacy systems, or do we need to replace everything?

Most Charthouse deployments integrate directly with existing infrastructure — including Mirion, Thermo Fisher, and legacy dosimetry equipment. Our hardware is engineered to be backward compatible where possible, and our software platform is designed for multi-vendor environments. We'll tell you upfront what's feasible.

We're based in the UK. Do you have local engineering and support?

Yes. Our UK operation is based in Poole, Dorset, and handles engineering, support, and account management for UK and European clients. We're familiar with ONR requirements and have active deployments at UK nuclear facilities.

How do you handle support for deployed systems?

Existing customers have access to 24/7 technical support from our US and UK teams. We also offer on-site support, remote diagnostics, and scheduled maintenance programmes. Support terms are established at the point of deployment.
